Continuous learning

With the technology space evolving at an unimaginable pace, we, at Akira, advocate our employees to priorities their upskilling by “continuous learning” to ensure we have the right analytical talent equipped to deal with complex, challenging business problems.

Yearn to challenge

We expect every Akirian to stay inquisitive and constantly yearn to challenge their capabilities. To help our people thrive, we have ‘Cohorts’ for all three verticals: DE, BI and Data Science where a particular group undergoes training for 6 to 8 weeks.

The curriculum is meticulously planned by our technology experts and practice heads and is a mix of online training modules, brainstorming sessions, case studies and assignments to give a holistic learning experience to the participants.

Targeted upskilling

We curate robust and specialised training programs for our employees, targeted to upskill them in latest bussing technologies and keep them at par with the current industry trends.

L&D Initiatives

We also have initiatives like “Friday Learning Hour” biweekly, where sessions are conducted by our employees on a particular technology or tool. This promotes collaboration and cross-functional learning.
